OPERATIONS POLICY

Sibbhultsverken shall operate according to the highest quality requirements in the motor vehicle industry. The right quality is a basic prerequisite for meeting customer requirements. Continuous effort on constant improvement of the control system, processes, products and prevention of pollution produces increased customer satisfaction and reduced environmental pollution. Reduced environmental pollution is achieved through focus on wastes to air, noise and transportation and reduction of waste and chemical use. Cooperation with suppliers is an important part of this effort.

Basic prerequisites for meeting customer requirements on Sibbhultsverken are that the personnel is involved and skilled and that operations are focused on objectives and preventive activities and that Sibbhultsverken meets requirements according to applicable laws and agreed on commitments.

Sibbhultsverken shall always look for product and production solutions that minimize environmental pollution and that are positive for the work environment. This will always be weighed in in decisions about investments, purchases and transportation.

Sibbhultsverken will be a safe workplace in a stimulating work environment. A good work environment has great importance from the point of view of competition, quality and productivity and is of strategic importance. The company management has the overall responsibility for the work environment but in this work the individual employee contributes and influences the work environment through being active and being a participant in this effort.
